Returns and Refunds Policy

At MADE BY HUBO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled by BZK GROUP S.R.L.

1. Right to Withdraw

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, email bzkgroupsrl@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the last item. Certain products and circumstances are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.

2. Return Conditions

You may handle goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address. Do not send a return to an address printed on a parcel or provided by a supplier without confirming it with us first.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where this obligation was disclosed before purchase.

For defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and cover return costs where legally required.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law. For eligible EU withdrawals, refunds include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at purchase, where required by law. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable.

Where the law permits, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email bzkgroupsrl@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where useful.

We will review your request and explain the available remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.

6. Exchanges

Contact us before returning an item if you would like an exchange. Exchanges depend on product availability and applicable law.
